Hi, I'm Meg.
I am here to help you break free from food obsession and live a life that’s present, lighthearted and meaningful.
I'm a born-and-raised east coaster’ with a karmic love for NYC and the ocean, currently discovering the charm of mountain life in Denver Colorado.
I’m a coach, educator, writer and mental health advocate obsessed with podcasts, dancing and stand-up comedy. I’m the proud creator of Baby Got Back Recovery, a coaching and recovery blog that has touched thousands.
When I’m not coaching, I’m probably listening to hip hop in my Jeep named Nelly Furtado or watching murder mysteries on Netflix. If it’s the weekend you might catch me in the front row of a Zumba class, in the mountains learning to ski or, on warmer days, swimming in any body of water this lifelong mermaid can find.
You know what makes my spirit beam? Helping my women heal their relationships with food, their bodies and themselves; and watching them transform from survivor to recovered warrior. I revel in helping my clients break their own food rules and discover a life where calories, the scale, their size and the need for perfection and control no longer dictate their ability to live in the moment and feel joy.
I am here to help you break free from food obsession and live a life that’s present, lighthearted and meaningful. If I can be the person who gives you permission to have a casual, uncomplicated and flexible relationship with food, my heart’s true mission has been accomplished.
As an Eating Disorder Recovery Coach, Certified Life Coach and Certified Crisis Counselor, I’m equipped with the ability to coach you through your most challenging moments and help you navigate towards a vibrant, healthy future.
After recovering from my own eating disorder in my teens and early 20’s I believe the key to recovery is cultivating resilience, patience, self-forgiveness and self-compassion within my clients. If you’re looking someone with the education and skills to help you heal, coupled with personal experience and mentoring, you’ve arrived to the right place.
